Allison Grimaldi Donahue is the author of On Endings and Body to Mineral. Her translation of Vito Bonito’s Soffiati Via is forthcoming from Fomite Press. Her work has appeared in places like Words Without Borders, Tripwire, Brooklyn Rail, Literary Review, FlashArt, Evergreen Review, Nero, and LARB. She has been a writer in residence at Mass MoCa and the Vermont Studio Center and been a visiting translator in the Italian Department at Middlebury College and at Smith College. She teaches creative writing at John Cabot University, Rome. She is currently working on a translation of Carla Lonzi's Autoritratto.
