Jay Dubberly | Storm Grey & Stella d'Oro

Celebrate local writer Jay Dubberly's novella, Storm Grey & Stella d'Oro, a psychological character study of the final six days of a complete mental breakdown.

There will be an open house reception to begin, reading at 6:30, and the book will be available for purchase.

Sandra Thompson is three steps past down-and-out. She's got no family, no job, and no morals. It's been a bad day, a bad week, a bad life—and she's not having it anymore. Determined to make herself anew, Sandra begins to create a new persona . . . 

Dubberly is a writer and educator living in South Starksboro, Vermont. He has taught Film, Writing, and English at Burlington College, Goddard College, Keene State College, and is currently employed at multiple locations by Community College of Vermont. He is the editor in chief of Addison County's Zig Zag Lit Mag. This is his first novella.
